Announcing Silly Goose, debut release out August 27

Coming up next on End of Time is the debut platter from local heroes Silly Goose, perhaps better known as the Blink-182 cover band fronted by the one and only Jenn Ghetto (S, Carissa’s Wierd), joined by members of Grand Archives. While the band has been around for a couple of years now, the eponymous Silly Goose 7″ is their first recorded material, and precisely the pop-punk surprise the world didn’t know it needed. Today, the band shares the A-side, a choice rendition of “Anthem Part Two,” which premiered on Impose earlier this morning.

The Silly Goose 7″ will be available August 27, 2013 as a limited pressing of 500 on black vinyl — preorders are available now.

Give a listen to “Anthem Part Two” with brand new ears:

Those in Seattle can catch Silly Goose at their 7″ release party at Chop Suey on August 29th — all details on the tour page.
